Born out of discussions with you, our clients and partners, Trustek Verified Marketplace is a new, centralised place to find clear, evidenced information about PropTech solutions, and we’re delighted to be officially launching it at one of the industry event highlights of the year, the UKPA's UK PropTech Awards, on the 22nd November 2023.
With over 10,000+ solutions on the market, it can be hard to make confident, well research decisions around property technology.
Trustek’s Verified Marketplace aims to solve this challenge by centralising and independently validating information provided by PropTech companies, with the ability to search by real estate challenge, product type, accreditation alignment and more. Watch our How-to Guide here >
Each technology product on the marketplace has a listing of top-level information plus an independently verified report which is available, free, for companies on request. The reports are generated from a set of standardised questions that we have developed through collaborations and insights from our client base including, Redevco, Knight Frank, Colliers, and Muse.
Through our role as consultants, we’ve witnessed first-hand the challenge facing real estate professionals; the desire to innovate through technology adoption is met with a vast array of solutions offering seemingly overlapping solutions.
