The Challenge

Following the early surrender of the office space from the occupier, Trustek were appointed to complete competitive procurement and project management of the installation of a new managed Wi-Fi solution for the existing occupiers of the 10 East Road, London EC2.

The Solution & Value

The project needed to be completed within 6 weeks which was achieved. This meant that some providers were not willing to participate. However through our knowledge and network, Trustek completed the expedited procurement process Trustek was able to save the client more than 40% on costs between the bids received.
