Trustek were appointed by FORMA as part of the pre-acquisition due diligence for One Valpy in Reading. We were brought in to understand the existing technologies deployed within the asset through a full audit of the property. We then identified any gaps in the technology stack for data collection and customer experience. Both activities had a particular focus on ESG data collection for FORMA.
The learnings from these investigations were factored into the asset strategy, enhancing FORMA’s drive to reposition the asset to support the ongoing letting campaign and retention of existing occupiers.
Following the successful acquisition of One Valpy in October 2022, we were appointed to run a competitive tender to install new access control technologies as part of the wider strategy for the building. Trustek were able to provide competitive tender quotes saving FORMA significant costs without compromising in the solution to be installed.
